Zin’s story began with a vow made in the field. While working for another tower company, founder Ron Diniz witnessed a catastrophic failure that nearly cost lives. In that moment, he decided to build something better. He formed his own company, designed a stronger system from the ground up, and, together with Rick Bailey and Alex Pickard, built an organization committed to engineering excellence and relentless improvement.
That vision became Axiom Towers, a company built on integrity, precision, and accountability. Its groundbreaking technology set a new standard for strength, reliability, and safety, tested far beyond compliance and proven where others failed.
Years later, Zin Solutions and Axiom came together with a shared mission to protect lives through better engineering. Both were family-led, both guided by purpose, and both unwilling to compromise when it mattered most. United as one organization, they continue to raise the standard for tower safety and reliability, carrying forward the promise that started it all.
